2	Friday, January 20, 2017 at 12:15 p.m.	Introduction to R The R software suite is among the leading tools for manipulating and visualizing data. This introduction will start with the basics, on up to entering commands and altering arguments to tailor desired visualizations.	Rob Sippel
3	Friday, January 27, 2017 at 12:15 p.m.	Data Cleaning with Open Refine In most data workflows, the most time-consuming, frustrating, and error-prone tasks are related to preparing data for analysis. A useful aide in this exercise can be Open Refine, software open-sourced by Google in 2012. This workshop will examine the contextual need and limitations, then introduce the basic controls and operations with real-world data. For the hands-on experience, participants are encouraged to bring their own Java-enabled laptops and even problem data sets to work on at the end.	David Lowe

Widely known as 'Business Intelligence software,' Tableau is a versatile data analytics tool that handles diverse data as input, then facilitates highly customizable options for visualization, including interactive displays. If you use Excel, perhaps you should be using Tableau to weave the meaningful story behind your columns and rows.	David Lowe

7	Friday, February 24, 2017 at 12:15 p.m.	Photoscan Software Training Attend this workshop to learn more about converting 2D images to 3D images with Photoscan.	Guest Speaker
8	Friday, March 3, 2017 at 12:15 p.m.	3D Modeling Attend this hands-on workshop to learn more about 3D modeling. 3D printing requires models created in STL format. This workshop covers the basics of creating a model and preparing for printing, along with the basics of material types and options for creating strong prints and parts.	Martin Gallagher
