I'm leaving my apartment on December. It is 1 bed\ 1bath at Princeton Park , And I need someone to take over of the lease that will end on Feb, including furniture .I spoke to landlord and she is willing to work with anyone to be added to the lease. The rent is $840 includes , washer , dryer, water and pets control . The apartment is very clean, quite, no pets, no smoke, no kids. It has a wonderful view of lake and its 9 mins away from FIT by car. The bus stop is so close of the complex. Also, its very close to everything including Walmart,BJ's, Walgreens, LA Fitness, and many stores.
