Dear Florida Tech Community, In the spirit of open communication, below are some of the recent developments toward the unification of the College of Engineering and Computing and the College of Science.  Please keep in mind that these changes will not officially take place until Fall 2018, but much of overarching structure is being finalized now so that we can capture the changes in the next academic year University Catalog.  Note that names of departments are still under review. Meals on Wheels Drivers Needed

Volunteer to deliver meals to homebound seniors in your community. All you need is a valid driver's license, a vehicle, auto insurance and a clean background check to ensure no senior goes hungry in Brevard County. Most volunteers drive one day per week (M-F) over the noon hour, delivering hot, nutritious meals to our elderly neighbors. Check out the MANY different opportunities available here United Way Offers Navigators to help with Health Insurance Enrollment Trained HealthCare.gov Enrollment Specialists to Provide Free and Confidential Help Professionally trained Navigators are available throughout Brevard to help people in our community enroll in health plans via HealthCare.gov. The 2018 open enrollment period will run from November 1 thru December 15, 2017. There are a lot of choices when it comes to selecting a health insurance plan. Thanks to a grant sponsored by the University of South Florida, United Way of Brevard is able to provide Navigators to assist our community.
